Jimmy Buffet and Margaritaville Surprise 150 Nurses with a Dream Vacation for Mother’s Day on The View!

For Mother’s Day 2020, Jimmy Buffet and Margaritaville partnered with Karisma Hotels & Resorts to celebrate moms on the frontline at Lincoln Hospital in New York.

During a recent episode of The View, show hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin spoke remotely with an auditorium of moms who shared some of their experiences as frontline workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The cohosts provided heartfelt appreciation to the women and then introduced Jimmy Buffet who appeared onscreen as the show’s surprise guest.

Jimmy sang his classic hit “Margaritaville,” to much fanfare before announcing that 150 of the frontline moms would be receiving an all-expense paid vacation courtesy of Margaritaville and Karisma Hotels & Resorts that can be used once the pandemic is over.

Moms will get to choose from vacation destinations in the Karisma portfolio. In addition to these moms, Karisma Hotels is allowing viewers to nominate additional frontline moms to receive 150 additional vacation packages.
